Today was an adventure to say the least! I have a wonderful friend who has actually potty trained each and every one of her four children at 18 months of age... in ONE DAY! I was amazed, and she was encouraging me to try her method with Tessa. Soooo... I finally read her book on Saturday, and decided to give potty training a whirl today.
I. Am. Exhausted!
Tessa is a very smart little kiddo... but a little bit stubborn as well. After many tears and wet pants and wet floors, Tess actually woke up 2 times tonight asking to go potty. And she really did!!! She still has a little bit of a problem getting there RIGHT on time, but for Pete's sake, she's only been training for a day, AND she's only 21 months old. What a good girl!
I am so proud!
The following pictures are orangy because my bathroom is painted VERY orange... but doesn't she make potty training look super fun?!
