These are the words of a cute older lady at the Michigan State Fair today. She, of course, was talking about Tessa, and then also mentioned that Tessa may squint because of the light shining off of her glasses. We weren't sure what she meant either, but anyone who thinks my kid is cute is ok in my books!
So anyway, Meg, Rob, Noel and I (and Tessa) had a pretty fun time at the fair today! My main goal was to see some sort of farm animal being birthed (did that sound gross?), but instead we saw an hour old sheep... soooo cute! Another goal was to eat a funnel cake, and we finally found a stand that sold them at the very end of the day. It was YUMMY!!!
The pigs and horses and cows were fun as usual, and Meg and I realized we are quite the outdoorsy sports women (who knew?!!), so enjoy the pics to go along with the story!
Tessa visiting her first horsey!
Some cows (duh!)
Meg actually milked a brown cow for some delicious chocolate milk!
Tessa thought the chocolate milk was the best she'd ever tasted!
We even followed the rules!
Then Tessa needed a nap...
So we decided to try out our skills at arching!
Noel even got a bulls eye!!!
Then we shot a some pellets...
